First Ever QCAM Faculty Workshop

It has been a busy several weeks at the Fabrication Lab at Navajo Technical University (NTU). It started with our annual QCAM Summer workshop and ended with the first ever QCAM Faculty Workshop. NTU lead Co-Investigator, Scott Halliday, and his team of student lab technicians facilitated the 1-week workshop which took 6 faculty from MSIPP affiliated universities and walked them through a variety of demonstrations and activities that were designed to provide value added information in the areas related to Advanced Manufacturing.

A lot was learned by both the participating faculty and the NTU team as a part of this first iteration. Overall, based on the feedback we received, this workshop seems to have been a great success. We plan to continue to offer opportunities and workshops like this in the near future as they will hopefully expand the collaborative efforts amongst MSIPP consortiums.
